For any reason, if you are not satisfied with our product, you may return your order within 14 days from the date of shipment received. The item must be returned in its original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.

SHIPMENT POLICY :
Miniatures: Due to the designs of many of our miniature prints, some prints will be shipped with some of the structuring still attached in order to better protect the print during transit. This is only done when necessary and these structures can be clipped off very simply. 

Orders are shipped within 3-5 days. Expected delivery time is 2-3 business days (totalling 3-6 days) though this may vary. International shipping will take longer.
