WHAT'S INCLUDED?

✅A .png and .jpeg file 
✅ Consistent updates during the creation process to make sure you are happy with the work. 
✅ One singular small change after the design has been finalised eg. colour adjustment or line art issue.
 
🕰️ESTIMATED TIME
This varies based on current work load as well as specific design requirements. We advise roughly 7-20 days but may be quicker or longer. If required for a certain date please message us first!

If you are ordering through our website, you will receive an email after purchase, please respond to this email with all the possible character details you can. The more you can provide the more accurate our artist can be and the less changes will need to be made. If you have them, please also include reference images.

After your payment has been processed and the order completed you can download the images under the Purchases/Reviews section in your Etsy account or from the download link sent to your email if you are shopping as a guest. If shopping through our website, you will be sent an email containing your files once they are complete. 

COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY - This supersedes any general terms of our store. 
We, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore we are allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote ourselves in any place or site.

The commissioner is allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only, unless explicitly granted otherwise. Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. Use the art to promote themselves with the proper credit given to the artist. The commissioner does not hold the right to use ai software in order to edit, adjust, recreate or mimic any artwork produced for them and this is considered in breach of the copyright agreement.
 
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted immediately.
This service may have unique pricing depending upon your specific artwork requirements.

All purchases are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the final product.
